Hexagonal Bag in box Fixed top
Fixedtop is a new BAG-IN-BOX with a renewed and quality image.The nestable design of the lids allows the stacking of the boxes, making easy storage and transport. All our models are stackable. Its hexagonal shape makes it performe as a "column" significantly improving resistance to weight and consequently avoiding breakage, returns, deterioration of the image of our brand and our product.
The nestable lids allow stacking both at the point of sale and in the warehouse. Its assembly is quick and simple, it does not need auxiliary machinery or additional elements (seals, glues, etc.) that distort the final image of the product.
FIXEDTOP IS COMPOSED OF:
A cardboard strip. All the cardboards that we use have the FSC seal, that is, they come from sustainable forests.
Two 100% recycled plastic lids. They are already in the recyclability chain.
A bag with an original Vitop® dispenser tap. Our supplier of bags is Smurfit Kappa.
Our minimum runs start at 1000 units for all formats that we commercialize (2, 3 and 5L). We offer all kinds of finishes: Stamping, Uvi, varnishes, laminated, etc.

Wall support for Fixedtop BIB and pouch
Our wall bracket allows Fixedtop bag-in-boxes to be kept at a height, such as pouches of up to 3L from any manufacturer. It is a complement that facilitates dispensing.
Our wall bracket is designed either for our hexagonal bag-in-boxes and as for pouches of up to 3L.
It is a reusable complement ideal for hospitality and home.
Hands-Free Tap is compatible with pouches, using our wall bracket. Our brackets admit pouches of up to 3L. It is ideal both for dispensing liquids (water, juices, wines, etc.) and for soaps and gels
